Duet DHA for Pregnant Woman
During my first pregnancy my care provider handed me a free samples of prenatal vitamins which is good for one month. But that pill made me sick so I asked my doctor to prescribe me with different prenatal vitamins. So, my doctor prescribed me the Duet DHA which was a little bit pricey but it's good for my baby's development. I really don't know about duet dha ec as the new formula for prenatal vitamins because during my second pregnancy I took the same kind of Duet DHA but I took the generic that can be bought over the counter. The generic is no as expensive as the first one but it has different taste than the first pregnancy pills I was taking. Well, we wanted to save back then and it has the same formula with the name brand.

Masiapg lang ako umunom ng prenatal vitamins sa first quarter,later on, nasusuka na ako, lol!
