More about Prenatal Vitamins

In addition to my previous post, aside from taking prenatal vitamins regularly eating well is also needed. You are eating for two now when you are pregnant. You need to eat healthy food for you and the baby and you also need more calcium and iron to have a healthy bone. Don't miss a day without taking your prenatal vitamins because it is very important in baby's development. It has vitamins and minerals to have a healthy pregnancy. It contains calcium, iron and folic acid that can prevent the risk of having a baby with serious spinal problems. I remember when I was pregnant with my eldest my doctor asked us to have sonogram again and again because they can't see Jake's spinal. We had like five sonogram before they get what they want. When you are pregnant talk to your baby inside you womb or read them books. Exercise is also very helpful during pregnancy. Enjoy your pregnancy because a happy mother will likely to have a happy baby.

Kaya nga ayoko na ma preggy, kasi ayoko na kumain ng marami at ayoko na rin ng mga vitamins na yan!!!
