The Steelers team was name after the city of Pittsburgh which was historically known for its steel industry. Pittsburgh is known for the following name as The City of Bridges and The Steel City for its many bridges and former steel manufacturing base. It seems like the downtown area looks the same from bridges, infrastructure and a bunch of steel buildings. Although, the Pittsburgh steel industry collapsed and lost its manufacturing base in steel hence they able to shift to other industry such as technology, health and more to help the economy. However, as the technology arise lots of cities not just in the United States but all over the world have built taller steel buildings and adapted the modern technology which is look better and modern compared to Pittsburgh.
