I have mention in some of my previous post that my little jelly bean have been having hard time pooping when we start to introduced solid food in the jar. It hurts me watching her crying while pooping as it was really hard to come out. And then when those bad boy came out it was so tiny like marbles. When baby gets constipated there's nothing we could do as parents but to find ways to help them and comfort them. That one time that she was trying to poop, while we were at Jake's room I put her in a potty hoping it will make the poop come out. She'd been sitting there for few minutes and as soon as I promp her to sit in the potty she stopped. Other thing I did was after she eats I gave her water and I let her drink more water to help the poop soften and easy to poop. Well, it helped because after six days of trying and constipation she finally poop a whole bunch.
This picture was one of his pooping adventure hehe. This is just part of her milestones as she grows she will learn how to handle it and once she gets used with solid food her poop will be back to normal.

Kawawa naman si Justine. Halatang hirap na hirap ilabas ang kanyang sama nang loob, lol. Si mommy naman kasi hindi binigyan nang kahihiyan ang prinsesa. Ibinando ba naman sa buong daigdig ang kanyang pagpoopoo. Paano na pag nagdalaga na siya at ipakita sa kanya ang mga litratong ito. Kawawa naman talaga ang darling baby namin. Ang pula pula pa naman nang cheeks niya, talagang rosy cheek. Hayaan mo baby matututo ka rin. Dapat painumin ka ni mommy nang maraming liquid at pakanin nang pagkaing me fibers para mapadali poopoo mo. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
Ganyan na ganyan din si Rylie noon bakla, our slution were putting a drop of Kero sa water, then pinapakain namin ng prunes and sweet potatoes.
poor gorgeous girl... Kaitlyn was also like that until now. Her pediatrician advised us to give her a little bit of Miralax in her juice,water or formula and it did help a whole bunch... kulang lng si inday ug lots and lots og water....

sosyal naman ng pumupoo-poo na yan,naka headband ba,ang taray at poise pa rin! lol!

drinking lots of water is one natural and effective way to stop constipation.. kahit sa adults it works..

what a cute little baby. kahit na pumu-poopoo naka pose pa rin, hehehe..
hahahaha..."malayo ang tingin, wala namang tinatanaw..." mao na ang na feel diha ni Justine sa iyang pot...concentrate tawon ang bata unya ang inahan kay way puangot nga gi-picturan iya anak maski namula na ang pisngi ug inutong hahahaha.
pero in fairness...cute jud kaayo Justine ba...lami ingkiton ang mga pisngi...
wawa naman si Justine; sige lang, tsang continue what you are doing...wala talaga tayo magawa, but it is normal sa mga baby yan, si Jacob nga minsn ma constipate pa rin eh....
