I am glad that there are appetite suppressants over the counter nowadays that you could buy. Sometimes we couldn't help but indulge ourselves with our cravings but we are paying the price of gaining weight. If you have this strong appetite and you can't control yourself to eat, apetite suppressant would be the best choice for you. I might try this one day because I can't control myself not to eat especially if I am mad lol.
