1. 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
2. 1/2 cup SPLENDA(R) Sugar Blend for Baking
3. 1 cup dark corn syrup
4. 2 tablespoons butter, melted
5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6. 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
7. 1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
Cooking Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine eggs, SPLENDA(r) Sugar Blend for Baking, corn syrup, butter and vanilla, mixing well; stir in pecan halves. Pour filling into pastry shell.
3. Bake for 50 minutes or until filling is set or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
4. Cool on a wire rack. Serve warm.

Hindi pa ako nakakatikim nang pecan pie. Buti pa kayong nasa States napakarami ninyong natitikman na hindi pa namin natitikman. Sabagay marami naman kaming nakakain dito na namimiss nyo naman kaya tabla lang, hehehe, lol. Mas pamilyar ako sa wallnut kaysa pecan nut pero nakakakita na rin ako nyan sa mga mixed nuts na nabibili sa 1st class supermarkets.
