I just gave birth to my younger baby five months ago and yet still have the fats from pregnancy. I am not on diet right now because I am breast feeding and I heard if you are breast feeding the quicker you get back to your none pregnant body. I hope that is true. I have to get rid of my love handles as soon as I am done breast feeding though because it looks so disgusting. I'm thinking of possible way on how to lose these fats which is safe and healthy. I have seen quite few advertisement of top diet pill on TV and read some of it online but I don't know yet if that's going to work on me because I don't have self control when it comes to food. I eat everything that I find delicious. How about you, what kind of diet do you do?

Ako dani my friend looks skinny but started to build up bilbil. Onsaon man gud nga human kaon lingkod man din tan-aw sa tv o di kaya blog. Pati ako pos-on nagdako....Hwaaaaaa mora nako dani gibitok dah.
